Which Mobile Money networks do you support?
MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money via Hubtel Collections. Card payments are handled via Paystack.
What happens if my MoMo subscription payment fails?
We retry automatically and send you a WhatsApp reminder. You get a 3-day grace period before any service is suspended, and you can pay any time by replying PAY.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for. No fees, no calls, no email chains.
